Home made cream caramel. Milk 500ml / ½ litre<br />2. Condensed Milk : 200 gms<br />3. Egg : 03nos<br />4. Sugar : 03 tbsp<br /><br />For Caramel<br /><br />1. Sugar : 02 tbsp<br />2. Water: 01 tbsp<br /><br />Instructions :<br /><br />1.Add 250ml Milk,eggs,sugar, condensed milk and blend together.<br /><br />2.Add the blended mixture to the remaining 250ml milk and whisk till mixed well.<br /><br />3.Pour the mixture into the mold with caramelized sugar and cover it with silver foil.<br /><br />4.Cook it in a pressure cooker on high flame with double cooking method (shown in the video) till three cooker whistles (approximately for 15mins)<br /><br />5.turn off the flame and let the pressure cooker cool down for 15 mins . Open lid and let the cream caramel cool down and refrigerate <br /><br />6.DE mold and serve it.<br /><br /> Instructions for Caramel<br />1. Add sugar and water and caramelize it on medium flame till it get<br /> caramelized dark brown in color.<br /><br />2.
